Students explore the basic foundations and uses of music to expand their knowledge and appreciation. Recordings and video clips are used to expose students to a wide variety of music styles and artists ranging from the great composers to The Beatles.
Music Theory and History
Students learn fundamental music theory such as notation, beat and rhythm and are introduced to various types of music and how they evolved.

Instrumental
Students will learn to play the soprano recorder and the keyboard.
